SmartGen案例 | 搭载众智科技船用柴油机旁控制箱的“陇原明珠”号观光船顺利通过验收

近日，在黄河风景游览区内停泊的“陇原明珠”号观光船，已经全面就位，蓄势待发；

该船采用2台斯堪尼亚DI13 ，额定功率257kW*2，搭配众智科技2台MGCP100B-3船用柴油机旁控制箱（2台HMC9000A），4台HRM3300远程监控控制器；

众智科技控制系统实现了驾控室和集控室主推发动机的数据同步监控和控制，主推发动机通过遥控操纵器手柄发送4~20mA调速信号给HMC9000A，实现加减速功能。HMC9000A发动机类型设置为19 Scania-S6a；远传监控控制器HRM3300通过CANBUS(REMOTE)与HMC9000A柴油发动机控制器通讯，完成数据交换。

搭载众智科技船用控制系统的该船，最终顺利通过CCS船检验收，整个控制系统操作简单、运行稳定、性能可靠，得到了用户的一致好评。

Lanzhou, a well-known city with long history, is the only provincial city that the Yellow River runs through, making this ancient city on the Loess Plateau unique. The “Longyuan Pearl” sightseeing ship moored in the scenic spot of Yellow River has been fully in place and ready to go. 

This ship adopts 2 Scania DI13 080M，03-61C with rated power 257kW*2, and matched with 2 MGCP100B-3 marine diesel control boxes of SmartGen (2 HMC9000A controllers), 4 HRM3300 remote monitoring controllers.

The data synchronization monitoring and control of the main propulsion engine in driver control room and the central control room are realized. The main propulsion engine sends 4~20mA speed regulation signal to HMC9000A by remote controlling the controller’s handle to realize the acceleration and deceleration function. The engine type of HMC9000A is set to 19 Scania-S6a; the remote monitoring controller HRM3300 communicates with HMC9000A diesel engine controller by CANBUS (REMOTE) to finish the data exchange.

This ship successfully passed the CCS inspection and acceptance, and the whole control system is easy to operate, the stable running and reliable performance has been highly praised by the users.
